We had a fantastic Barkour Club this morning.
Our Beginners group worked on getting their foundations solid, we filmed a few behaviours for Level 1 assessment & began learning some level 2 things.
Then our intermediate group were working hard at getting the final things they needed for Level 2 & beginning to work on Level 3.
Amazing work all of you.

Nori has been out learning mantrailing again. She is going through a bit of a fear phase at the moment so we have been really taking her learning at her pace. But her taking part in an activity like mantrailing can really help build her confidence & help shape her into an optimist happy young dog. ππΎπΎπ

Team Rolo had their week 2 of their couch to cani 5km today.
They are meeting me once a week to help keep them on track & will complete their 2nd run of the week on their own with me checking in to see how it went.
