ℹ️Do I need to book a ticket?
NE1's Dog on the Tyne is free to attend! Most activities don’t require booking, but if you’d love to take part in the dog yoga sessions or dog walks, you’ll need to reserve a free space here: https://www.ne1summerinthecity.co.uk/activities/newcastle-dog-on-the-tyne
ℹ️What if it's really hot?
We’ve been lucky enough to have some lovely weather this summer, but we know it’s easy for pets to overheat when it’s warmer. Fear not though – we’ll have water bowls on hand to keep your pups cool and hydrated throughout the day
ℹ️Does my dog need to be on a lead?
Yes please! For the safety of everyone attending Dog on the Tyne – both canine and human – we ask that owners keep their dogs on a lead at all times unless you're inside one of the designated activity areas
ℹ️Can I bring my dog if they're excitable or anxious?
We want all pups to feel welcome but you know your dog best and if you feel they might become overwhelmed or overstimulated, then Dog on the Tyne might not be for them!
ℹ️Where can I park?
We’d always recommend that you travel by public transport where possible, but there’s parking at the Quayside Multi-Storey, Sandgate and Merchants House
See you Saturday! 🐾🐶
