GUS

First up today was this gorgeous guy 😍 Gus is just coming out of adolescence and my god has his guardian done some amazing support with him to get him to where he is now. Shout out to Jas .woof for being fantastic these past 3 years.

Now he's steadier we're just touching base to top him up out in the world. As a boxer, interact male, amd general goofy ball he can get over stimulated being out and about, and also can be a bit a suspicious. So today we work on helping move away with less tension amd build confidence and steadiness when out. What a superstar!!

Curious, steady, and not stuck lying on the floor unable to move (out of a situation he doesn't even want to stay in). Looking forward to our next session amd building from there.

🐾 Lottie 🐾

Little lottie came today to the new training room (haven't had a chance to share with you all) you start her Reactivity Support Package journey.

She's a live wire who lives life in the fast lane, and subsequently is having issues with her older co-habiting dog.

So today we looked at regulation support, helping her access a start of calm (that she rarely finds) just glorious to see her slow down, Mooch, explore, and relax. Going forward we'll support with more home dynamics to promote calm and cohesion.

This may not look like much but this little man is relaxing on his bed, unprompted, with me in the house.

Roscoe is a rescue who finds the world overwhelming and struggles with people, dogs and traffic. He's coming along nicely by building his confidence amd setting him up for success.

What a wonderful day with clients. But today's post goes to this stunner 😍 BRUCE 😍

Bruce is a young collie who has big feelings about a lot. He came to me as a bite risk to people, dogs, car chasing, and bird chasing/reactivity.

During his time working through my Reactivity Support Package he built enough confidence with me over just 2 sessions that we move to home visits, on session 3 he was cautious but quickly was happy to have me round. And gloriously by session 4 he was thrilled to have popping by.

He's now built enough confidence and steadiness that we have moved to working out in public. In spaces he hasn't been in a long time, if ever. He's doing great 🥳 Yes he still needs a good amount of space but he's building confidence, even eating throughout the sessions (something he couldn't do before due to high stress).

Massive well done to him and his guardians for their dedication to this gorgeous chap 🐕
