Tych, the PrimePup inspiration, and Bailey, our energetic pup, having a play session.
It's like a live demo of dog communication!

Tych, "calm and collected", knows just how to guide Bailey with a bark or just sitting on him.
Bailey continues to push the boundaries as a puppy does
They've got their own language and if you are observant and informed you can see the conversation taking place.

It may seem rough but watching them reminds me of my nephew causing happy havoc in the doctors office or library when he was younger and getting chased to behave

As a trainer and pet owner, these moments are invaluable. Tych can get across behaviours I've instilled in him to Bailey in a way he understands

It's all about communication and connection.
Plus, it's pretty cute! 🐶💬

This was done in a controlled setting with familiar dogs that live together
If your dog does this to every dog it "plays" with, it could be a dominance behaviour to keep an eye on

📅☔️🐶 AVAILABILITY 📅☔️🐶

We thought we should post about the dreaded subject of availability 🫣📅 February and March are our most challenging months as the long winter has taken its toll and so we have to rest the fields during periods of wetter weather to manage demand. Our fields will all still be open and available to book but there may be less slots available on certain days as we give them a chance to rest 🐶❤️ We would love to have the fields open all the time but we also must preserve the ground conditions to ensure that everyone visiting has a 5-star experience 😁🐶🤩

Spring is just around the corner and once we are into mid-April the fields will be open all the time again! 🙌☀️🤩 We are opening another field at Hillington in April which will greatly help with availability there and we are exploring options for additional capacity at our other sites 😁🐶🤩

Thanks for all of your patience! We say this all the time but we are blown away by the support from this amazing community and it spurs us on to do even more to provide the very best spaces for dogs across Glasgow and beyond to visit 🐶❤️☺️

Good afternoon everyone

As I'm watching my dogs play this morning I'm noticing the differences between how they play with their toys
My old boy, Tych, my 11 year old retriever, he's super fast and loves to run or roll in the snow
He also loves to destroy plushie toys, until it stops squeaking lol

Bailey is a 1 year old Raven Shepherd
He loves looking out the window all day or cuddled up to a soft plushy, he gets the zoomies every morning, especially since experiencing his first snowfall this year

I'm very curious to read or see how your dogs play and your photos and videos of your PrimePups in action are always welcome
