OMG what a fantastic day we have had at the Welsh Kennel Club Championship show.
We were up at 3.15am, left for Builth Wells 5am, and were back at 4.45pm.
We had a brilliant time at the show Bess 1st Special Beginners, Brandy 2nd, Bess 3rd Yearling bitch, Brandy 4th, Brandy 4th in Novice bitch.
Both youngsters qualified for CRUFTS again, and Lillie was 2nd in Young handlers again qualifying for CRUFTS Young Handlers for a 3rd time.
I can't believe we did so well!
Well worth the early start and long journey 💕🐾 ###

What a brilliant day we've had at Bournemouth Canine Assn Championship show.
Sadly Connie didn't join us today but Lillie and I kept the flag flying for the Tamazan dogs winning four prizes.
Lillie started us off on a good footing by getting placed 3rd in YKC Junior handling and qualifying again for CRUFTS young handlers with Brandy.
Cherry and I then came 4th in the Veteran bitch class.
Lillie and Brandy followed that up by coming 3rd in Special Beginners, thereby qualifying Brandy for CRUFTS 2026 and Bess and I were in hot pursuit by coming 4th.
It was a really hot but extremely successful show. Well done Lillie 💕🐾 ###

We've had a lovely day at the National Gundog Assn Championship show today. The girls had done exceptionally well by qualifying for the semi finals of Junior Handling Association so we had to be there bright and early. It was a large class of very experienced youngsters and sadly they weren't placed but what an achievement to have got there.
However the rest of the morning didn't disappoint with Lillie and Brandy placed 5th in Yearling bitch.
Then both girls were placed in the 12-17years Young Kennel Club junior handling. With Connie and Bess placed 4th and Lillie and Brandy 5th.
Well done girls, congratulations 🐾💕 ###

A few photos of the lovely 💗 dogs 🐕 we've had visit over the past week for walks, day care or home boarding.
They've all had great fun down the 🌳 wood🌲 in the early hours of the morning before it got too warm and then back to the air-conditioning with garden breaks, when it was too hot outside 💕🐾 ###

How are you all getting on in this heat?
We've been going down the🌲wood 🌳very early in the morning where it is lovely and cool under the trees and then returning home to the air-conditioning, which so far is managing to keep the kitchen & utility around 21C and lounge 23C when it was over 33C in the garden. Needless to say the dogs 🐕 just had quick garden visits and back inside!
This morning we gave Hector 🫏 a much needed bath although he was not amused and dragged Emma and I around the corral when we washed his face 🙈😂🫏💕🐾 ###

We have just returned from a lovely day at the Royal Windsor Championship Dog show.
The girls did extremely well with both of them qualifying for the Young Handlers semi finals.
Lillie and Brandy won first place with Connie and Bess hot on their heels to take second place.
We didn't have any places in the large breed classes today but they both performed really well despite the warm weather and luckily we were inside the marquee during the thunderstorm 💕🐾 ###

It's going to be very hot 🔥 in the UK over the next few days. Please don't walk your dog in these temperatures 🥵.
No dog ever died from missing a walk but many have from heatstroke 😪.
