April Price Increase
Hello Facebook family, after careful review we are having lift our current prices. The level of increase the salon has faced in the last 12 months is incredible , I have never experienced the likes in 20 years of running the business. So far this year we have had ;
A 25% rent increase
A 15% water bill increase
A 10% phone and broadband lift
A 10% card transaction lift
A 50% electricity lift
A 16 % lift in commercial waste charges
This is just the basics all our shampoos , sharpening , tools and equipment has also increased.
I have tried to absorb what I can as a business , it's unfortunately just the way things seem to be at the minute . I last lifted a portion of my prices in 2020 so I know you know I don't lift them lightly or often .
What does this mean for you?
I have decided that all dogs that currently come in individually at £45 or less will be increasing by £3 per groom.
All dogs that are currently charged at above £45 (generally large and extra large breeds or medium large poodle mixes) will increase by £5 per groom.
This will come into effect from April 1st. I do appreciate that everyone is feeling the pinch but we are doing our best to keep prices affordable in the current climate. You will still receive the same great quality shampoo , and service to your dog . Remember we don't charge for hidden extras and will always do nails etc for our regular customers for free between grooms
I really do want to thank you for your continued support, without our client base we dont have a business. If you are unsure about how this increase effects you please drop in , call or message and we will be happy to give you an exact price for your dog :) hope to see you all soon xx
