Starting Monday 17th November at Arthog Village hall.
This will be a shorter block of 5 weeks. Covering everything you need to start your puppy off on the right paw. If you would like a place please message the page.

I am hosting a Winter Weave Workshop for Tracy at Garsport Agility. There are a couple of places remaining.

23rd November weave workshop

Location Penygaer Farm, Ffostrasol What3words ownership.submit.slept.

Cost will be £30 per dog. Payments to be made to Tracy at Garsport Agility.

Small groups of dogs with similar aims beginner, confidence, entries etc.

Aiming for 2 shorter focussed sessions with a break for the dog’s brains in-between.

We were very lucky with the Weather for the members weave workshop this morning. Leaning how to build independence, understanding, distance & distractions from the very beginning of the journey. This session was more about focusing on how to help the handlers move their weave training to the next level.

Committee Member update!

We are pleased to welcome Sally Friswell to our wonderful team of committee members!

Here's a little bit about Sally!

I found hoopers while looking for a dog sport to provide at club that was a little more inclusive, so early in 2022 I completed my instructor training & have since been teaching regular classes & training my own dogs.

I have been competing in Agility for over 20 years, with Border Collies & working cockers, whilst also Judging & Instructing at various clubs.

For the last 11 years I have been doing this full time at Dysynni Dogs on the west coast in Eryri National park 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿.

I love watching how the dogs naturally flow around a hoopers course with distance & independence & I am more than a little bit smitten with it.

That's a wrap on our 1st BK9 Hoopers show, thanks to everyone who came along, especially those old friends who made quite a journey to support us.
Thanks to Kev for your guidance & help and the teams that have done workshops with me from Shropshire to Cardigan looking so cool 😎 to team Dysynni for just being amazing as always, you should be so so proud of your results today, everyone of you & your dogs looked absolutely brilliant
