A SAD POST ABOUT PRECIOUS EVE

I thought to update everyone who was so amazing in there help when Eve went missing at the beginning of the year.

Sadly she was killed outside our front door this morning, I'm devastated.

May I say to the gentleman who unfortunately hit her, you were so very kind to come to our door to let us know. We could see he was clearly upset with the accident.

If he reads this post I'd like to thank him for his kindness and consideration in coming to us and telling us personally, a very brave thing to do, instead of just driving away uncaring to our pain on finding her unexpectedly.

Unlike my elderly neighbour who had her cat let outside her front door on the drive, so when she opened her door she saw her dead cat just lying there. It was so upsetting for her and myself as we have a shared drive.

She's doing really well and we're so happy to have her home safe and well. 🥰

HOORAY!!!!!!

EVE'S HOME SAFE AND SOUND 👏👏👏🥰🥰🥰

Eve was shut in a house only 5 doors away that was in the process of being renovated.

They saw her sitting in the window when they arrived to do some work. She's been hiding underneath the floor boards, when they were coming in to do work on the property.

I had to coax her out from under the floor boards but it didn't take long just the reassurance that it was me she could hear calling for her.

The gentleman who was doing the work in the house new I was looking for Eve and I'd given him my mobile number just in case he had any sighting of Eve, but even better he found her.

Eve has lost a considerable amount of weight but looking well and above her eyes and ears looking healthy as you can see in the photo.

I've got Eve booked in for Health check seeing her regular vet and nobody else, since he knows Eve only too well.

She's very happy to be home and went straight to her feed station which is opened by her microchip, so it's definately Eve.

I'm so so 🥰happy to have my baby Princess back and can only thank you all so much for all your support, messages and well wishes for her safe return.

I'm so so relieved she home safe and sound and never want to go through that again.

Hi everyone,

I've had quite a few messages about this cat and just thought to update you that this is definately not Eve.

You can see the difference in the shape of the head and the length of Eve's legs very long and slender.

So our search continues. 😞
