This little man is a typical terrier who always wants to go go go. He LOVES training and needs to constantly be interacting with people, dogs and the environment actually tire him out. And yes, Puck’s reactivity is mostly lead based frustration due to over-socialising him as a puppy in lockdown, but the reality is he can not and will not always be off lead. So, we just accept that this is how he will behave at the beginning of 80% of his walks and we’re okay with that as long as we get the focus after a little while❤️❤️

*DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION FEES*

Hey everyone, just a quick update 🧡

As a small, solo-run business, last-minute cancellations have a big impact on my time and income. With busier summer months just around the corner, and after a lot of consideration, I have decided to introduce cancellation fees.

Here is my updated booking policy:

Deposits
A deposit of 20% will now be required to secure any pet sitting bookings.
Deposits are non-refundable, however can be transferred if over 48 hours notice is given.
This deposit increase will not impact any bookings already secured with the previous 10% deposit.

Cancellation fees
Any service cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee.
This fee will be 50% of the service cost for walks, drop-ins or taxi services, or 50% of the outstanding balance on pet sitting.

Full payment
The full payment for walks, drop ins, pet taxi or pet sitting must be paid before the service is provided. For pet sitting, this would be the remaining 80% of the total bill. Invoices will be sent over on request.

I completely understand that life happens and we can never predict everything - especially with animals! I will always be understanding of this, and in certain circumstances exceptions can be made. I will continue to do my best to be as flexible as possible.

✨Friday Feature✨

Here are beautiful pups; Evie and Teddy🥹
Evie and I are still building a bond with regular visits to help her realise I am a safe person for her to rely on, and Teddy adores everyone and always knows where I keep my treats!❤️

I’m super excited to start taking these babies out for walks, as well as spending time with them in their home xx

✨Friday feature✨

This week I’d like to introduce you all to handsome Milo! Milo can be a worried boy when it comes to new people but once he found out that I brought snacks to our initial meet and greet, he became my best friend!🐾

He’s such a sweet boy and I worked on our bond for the first few walks to be able to let him fully off-lead. He loves running around and always checks in to make sure I’m nearby! He likes to keep a little space from most other dogs which is perfectly fine with me; I always adjust my walks to keep the pups in my care happy🩵💞
