A Water Win at Carr Farm Livery

After the desperately dry summer of 2025, we are entered the Summer of 2026 prepared!

We have now added significant extra water harvesting and storage facilities to service our stables, arena and paddocks.

Adding 3 x 30,000 liter tanks with the existing 30,0000 already on site, we now have 120,000 capacity in total.

We won’t run dry this summer!

Better for the environment and better for the horses – it’s a water win here

We’ve been busy at Car farm delivery over the winter. See how we planted just under 2 miles of mixed thorn hedging around the perimeters.

These will not only provide a fantastic wind break for the horses, they are also a wonderful natural habitat for wildlife.

Don’t forget that our arena is for hire, and we have just reduced the prices!

Carr Farm DIY Livery with training arena. A few clips from Wednesday night training this week.

The horses had a crazy couple of minutes as we were bringing them in! Then it was straight out into the arena for a few of them for a fantastic session with Becky Crosbie

Running through a few pole basics.

Did you know you know you can hire out our arena which as you can see here has a Combi Pro advance flooring and is fully floodlit for day time like training well into the winters evening.

With an onsite kitchen you can make cups of tea, warm some soup, and warm up after a session.

DID YOU KNOW YOU CAN HIRE OUR ARENA?

Ta da! Busy evening of training with tonight at Carr Farm Livery.

A perfect opportunity to show how our floodlights around the arena take us smoothly from daylight hours into night.

As we brought the horses in around 4.15pm the sun was beginning to set. By 5pm the sky was dark but we were in full training mode!
