Polite Notice
Could we kindly ask all customers if you do not require your pet to stay for any bookings made if you could kindly inform us with plenty of notice.
We are bringing in a new policy.
If you have got a booking and do not turn up without giving us any notice, future bookings may be cancelled.
If you then require our services we will be asking for full payment of stay when you book in, this will be non refundable.
