Yesterday was not JUST a dog walk, it was time gathering bits of foliage and holly for a homemade wreath 😍 Daisy thought I was a bit weird stopping every few trees, but was also happy to enjoy the extra sniffs and time in the woods 🥰

This lovely lady and I had a great day yesterday…teaching ‘drop it’ and she had a soapy warm bath and a neck massage too…I may have lost my number one boy this year but my life is still full of furry ones and each dog brings something different to our household while they stay with us 🥰

My friends and family know me as ‘Lindsey who loves animals’ but did you also know…?

* I have a Doctorate in Psychology having studied Learning, Memory & Perception extensively, including animal training frameworks (positive reinforcement, operant conditioning etc) and brain imaging,
* I have a postgraduate distinction in Human-Animal Interactions (Anthrozoology) from Hartpury University where I was also a Visiting Lecturer,
* I have published research on dog theft, equine therapies, and the benefits of animal companions on human health and neurodiversity,
* I have my British Horse Society riding and stable management certificates for Stages 1 & 2 (both distinctions),
* I have dog training certificates and experience from Four Paws,
* I have been trained in human and dog First Aid,
* I have a clear enhanced DBS.
