Just to say thank you so much to all my clients this year, Harlequin Services has had a record number of bookings. It's been lovely seeing so any of my regulars and just as exciting meeting lots of new faces and four legged friends.

New year, new timetable at the Quarry Swimming and Fitness centre. If you are missing your Monday evening Zumba fix at the Sports Village, join Leah a little earlier at 5.30 on Mondays then join me Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 7pm for the aqua version. Contact the Quarry direct to book for all classes.

Feeling fed up and want to try something different? Now is you chance to try Aqua Zumba for FREE!
The Quarry Swimming and Fitness centre are holding an open day on Sunday 24th January between 12.30 and 3.30pm. As part of this they are offering two free Aqua Zumba trial sessions at 1pm and 1.45pm. These sessions are open to anyone over 16 years but are limited to 25 spaces per session so booking is essential! Please phone The Quarry direct 0345 000 7003.
So to all of you who say to me I would like to try it but...........come and have a go, see you there!

Hi all, please pass the message on that Aqua Zumba IS on on Wednesday aswell as Tuesday. Due to a fault with the booking system you will need to phone the Quarry as online bookings can not be made for this class. This will be our last class before Christmas and will return on Tuesday 5th January 2016 xx
