🧬 Nature vs. Nurture: Why Both Matter for sport's Dogs 🧠

This is a great reminder for anyone bringing home a working breed puppy. I can do the hard work on the genetic blueprint, breeding for stable temperaments, health, and work ethic but the environment, training, and early lifestyle choices you provide are what shape that raw potential into a great partner.

Once they leave me, Nurture takes over. How they are raised, their early foundations, sleep quality, and clear boundaries dictate how those genetics actually show up in the real world and on the agility field. Outstanding genetics can be easily derailed by poor management, and great raising can't fully override poor genetics. It takes both working together perfectly to create a stable, confident athlete!
