Hi everyone, I hope you all had a lovely Easter weekend! Unfortunately I have more negative information to share.
As many of you are aware in December I had to enforce a rule where customers were fo wait outside until I came to collect them due to dogs messing in the warehouse, this was going very well but over time people have forgotten - myself included sometimes.
Over the last month I’ve had reoccurring problems and the landlords have now realised.
I’ve had a very serious conversation with them as to the solutions to this problem. These are the options I have been given - I continue to walk dogs in and out the building BUT if any dog toilets in the building it is an automatic £10 fee that comes out of my pocket which I then will unfortunately be adding to customers bills, or I find somewhere else to rent.
These options might seem extreme but the landlords are at their wits end as well as the other businesses I work around.
I don’t like being confronted about these things it’s makes me extremely uncomfortable and upset as I feel I try my hardest to prevent it but time and time again I am getting pulled aside during my work day about the problem.
I will hopefully be sending a message around to everyone to reinforce this.
