I am now almost fully booked for June, with only a couple of evening appointments still available.

If you’re looking for a weekend appointment, my next available weekend slot is Saturday 4th July.

💖 Phoebe’s Big Win Today! 💖

Phoebe is a wonderful little pug who has found nail clips to be incredibly difficult. Visits to the vets and groomers for her nails have often been very stressful, resulting in lots of screaming and, at times, a few toileting accidents. Because of this, some of her nails had become very long and had started to curl around.

Today, however, Phoebe achieved something amazing! 🐾

With the support of her lovely mum, plenty of patience, and lots of tasty treats, Phoebe successfully had her nails clipped at home. There was a little bit of wiggling, but she recovered quickly and most importantly, there was no screaming and no toileting accidents.

As an added bonus, Phoebe also had her ears cleaned during the session! 👏

This was a hugely positive experience for Phoebe and a fantastic step forward in helping her feel more comfortable with handling. Best of all, it has saved her from needing a sedative at the vets to have her nails managed.

Well done, Phoebe! ❤️🐶

With warmer weather expected this Bank Holiday weekend, it’s important to remember that our pets can struggle in the heat just like we do ☀️🐾

A few simple steps can make a huge difference:
💧 Keep fresh water available at all times
🌳 Provide cool, shaded spaces to rest
🐶 Walk dogs early morning or later in the evening
🚗 Never leave pets in cars! even for a few minutes
🐾 Check pavements before walks to protect sensitive paws

Please also keep an eye out for signs of overheating, including excessive panting, drooling, weakness, vomiting, or collapse.

If you’re worried your pet may be suffering from heat stress, contact your vet as soon as possible.

Safe to say Luna completely stole my heart this week 🖤🤍

From morning cuddles on the stairs to chaotic zoomies around the house and endless playtime with her favourite toys, she’s been such a joy to look after. Watching her personality come out more each day has been the loveliest experience 🐱

Meet Lucy 🐾

Lucy is the newest addition to my regular drop-in visits, and she has already completely stolen my heart.

Lucy is a senior girl who has diabetes and requires an insulin injection twice a day. She has sadly lost both her sight and hearing, so she now relies heavily on her amazing sense of smell to help her navigate the world around her.

Thankfully, that’s no problem for this lovely lady — especially when food is involved! Lucy is a huge foodie and can smell a tin of Chappie from a mile away.

She is incredibly affectionate, full of character, and an absolute joy to care for. I’m so looking forward to all of our future visits together 💕

Last week I got to spend a couple of days with the lovely Luna 🐾

She’s such a sweet and affectionate girl and made herself right at home with me straight away. Between wanting attention, playing, and absolutely loving a good brush, she was a total joy to look after 😄

I had such a nice time spending time with her and getting plenty of cuddles along the way 🩷

Last week I had the absolute pleasure of pet-sitting Laila, Tara, Lula, and Gina while their parents were away on holiday 🐾

They all had such amazing personalities and definitely kept me on my toes the entire week — from Laila’s obsession with playing fetch, Tara’s love for blueberries, Lula’s constant need for affection and cuddles, to Gina’s daily mission of finding the perfect sunny spot ☀️

I honestly loved every minute of spending time with them, and I’m so grateful to have been trusted to care for such lovely pets while their parents were away.
