🍦🐾 Taste Test Time! 🐾🍦

We were lucky enough to be taste testers for some of Hooves & Hounds’ new doggy ice creams… and let’s just say they got a four paws up from all of us! 😍

🐶 Biggie sampled Berry Blast 🫐🍓
🐶 Lottie tucked into Banana Milkshake 🍌🥛
🐶 Missie gave Fruit Punch 🍒🍐🍎 a try!

Although, if I’m being honest, they all ended up swapping tubs because they were just too good to resist! 😂

I also took the last of Missie’s tub along for Angus and Bella to try, and for two dogs who had never had doggy ice cream before… they absolutely went crazy for it! Bella even took the whole cup off of me and ran off with it!🩷

If you’re looking for a tasty treat to keep your pups cool, Harriet is now taking orders and has a selection of delicious flavours for your dogs to enjoy. She also has two more flavours we are yet to try, coming in two different sizes at such an affordable price! We can definitely say they’re Bell’s Little Angels approved! 🐶🍦

Hey everybody!! Firstly, I’d like to apologise for my lack of responses this weekend and assure you all that if I haven’t already, I will be replying/ catching up with it all as soon as possible. Myself and my partner have attended a beautiful wedding this weekend, nobody would have recognised me as this most definitely is not my usual dog walker look!! It has been a gorgeous weekend and I’d like to thank you all for your patience with me in general just recently, it’s hectic having a puppy!😆

Today also marks a year since it all began- Bell’s Little Angels logos were formed and the page was started. I am absolutely blown away and so extremely grateful to each and every person who has supported me and continues to support me within my business and allowing me to be pretty much “books closed” within such a short amount of time. This year has absolutely flown by, and I am definitely still getting to grips with all of the nitty gritty bits!! But I have loved every single minute of it, every single tail wag, lick to the face, purr, piggie rumble, clucks, and every time the words “jump in” have come out of my mouth😆 honestly I have and do just love it, day in, day out. Me a year ago would never have imagined the business I have today, and for that I am so extremely grateful. So thank you, each and every one of you. Whether that be liking my posts, sharing, engaging with my content and especially those of you who keep coming back, keep booking me and choosing me for your pets, thank you… from the bottom of my heart! You have all made this possible for me and made my days full of so much love!!

Firstly, apologies if I’ve been a little slow replying to messages recently… this is why! 🐾❤️

Meet Missie, our newest addition to the family and Lottie and Biggie’s new baby sister! At just 9 weeks old, she’s already keeping us on our toes. She’s confident, cheeky, full of mischief, and an absolute handful at times… but she’s also completely adorable and we are all smitten! 🥰

The best part? Lottie and Biggie have taken to her like absolute champs. Watching them together has been so lovely, and Missie is already making herself right at home.

So, our little gang has officially grown… two has become three! 🐶🐶🐶❤️

🐾 Important Kennel Cough Policy Reminder 🐾

The health and wellbeing of all dogs in my care is my top priority.

If your dog receives a kennel cough vaccination, you must inform me before the appointment or on the day of vaccination at the very latest. I will then contact your veterinary practice to confirm which specific vaccine has been administered, as vaccination protocols and shedding periods can vary between products and practices.

Please be aware that if you choose to have your dog vaccinated against kennel cough, their walks and any other services with Bell’s Little Angels will be paused for a period of time. The length of this exclusion period will depend on the vaccine administered and the guidance provided by your veterinary practice.

To ensure the safety of all dogs in my care:

• Any dog diagnosed with kennel cough will not be walked or cared for during their illness and for a minimum of two weeks after their last cough.

• Any dog that has received a kennel cough vaccination will not attend walks or have contact with me for a minimum of two weeks following vaccination. This exclusion period may be extended if the guidance for that particular vaccine recommends a longer period, following discussion with your veterinary practice.

• If your dog develops a cough or you suspect they may have kennel cough, you must inform me immediately. Early communication is essential to help protect all other dogs in my care, as well as my own dogs at home.

• If I notice a new or unexplained cough in any dog whilst in my care, I will immediately notify the owners of all dogs that have been in contact with that dog on the same day. This is part of my commitment to transparency and to protecting the health and wellbeing of all dogs in my care, as well as my own dogs at home.

These measures are in place to minimise any risk to other dogs and to help maintain a safe environment for everyone.

I would like to reassure all clients that when your dog is in my care, I take my responsibility for their health, safety, and wellbeing very seriously. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep all of Bell’s Little Angels’ dogs happy, healthy, and safe❤️🐶

💖🐾 Welcome Luna & Myla! 🐾💖

A huge welcome to the Bell’s Little Angels family to these two gorgeous girls, Luna and Myla! 🥰

These lovely sisters joined me for their very first walk yesterday, and what a wonderful first adventure it was!🥰

Luna is such an outgoing soul, full of personality and always keeping a close eye on the squirrels around us! She is the wriggliest pup and made me smile from start to finish with her happy, playful nature💛

Myla is a little more reserved, but after just one walk together I can already feel our bond beginning to grow. By the end of our adventure, she was giving me the sweetest little nose kisses while her sister wriggled around us both!💛

The girls were absolute superstars on their first walk with me, and I am so excited to continue building my relationship with them and sharing many more adventures together in the future!

🐝💛 Welcome Bumblebee! 💛🐝

Everyone say hello to Bumblebee, Optimus’ gorgeous new baby brother!😍🐱

This handsome little British Shorthair kitten is an absolute bundle of fun, and I’ve recently had the pleasure of looking after both Optimus and Bumblebee during some drop-in visits—which you’ll be seeing more of very soon!💛

I have absolutely loved getting to know this cheeky little boy and his growing personality. From chasing my feet as I walked around the house, to playing with his big brother Optimus, Bumblebee has kept me entertained every minute!!🥰

When he wasn’t zooming around causing mischief, he was proving himself to be the sweetest little cuddle buddy, always ready for some fuss and affection💕

Just look at that adorable face—how could you not fall in love with him?! 😍

Sorry everybody, a bit of a sad one!❤️‍🩹

Back in 2021, I had the privilege of hand rearing four Giant Continental rabbit babies after their mum sadly fell ill just one week postpartum.

It was one of the most rewarding yet incredibly difficult things I’ve ever done. Bottle feeding such tiny babies every two hours, knowing their chances of survival were described online as “very low,” was both emotionally and physically exhausting. I gave it absolutely everything I had to keep them happy, warm, and thriving.

Sadly, we lost one baby not long after the hand rearing journey began. Their mum, Pearl, thankfully recovered after veterinary care, but due to the medication she received, she couldn’t safely take her babies back as it would have passed through her milk.

That left me with three beautiful agouti giants, who I named Funky, Chunky, and Monkey🐇

Against the odds, I successfully raised them! (With a bit of help from Lottie who was only 1 at the time) Wanting to keep them close, I kept Funky—who became Paisley—while Chunky and Monkey went to wonderful homes with close family and friends, becoming Ray and Monki (who kept her name!).

Watching them grow and live such full, happy lives over the past five years has meant everything to me.

Heartbreakingly, in the last 8 weeks, both Monki and Ray have passed away. I want to send my deepest condolences to their families and say how truly grateful I am that they were given the very best lives, filled with love, care, and happiness.

Please join me in saying sweet dreams to those precious babies—Monki and Ray. It was a joy to learn with you, and an even greater joy to watch you grow and thrive in your special homes with your incredible families.

A big welcome to Louie – the newest member of the Bell’s Little Angels family! 🐾🐱

Louie is a lovely older gentleman who is such a sweet boy and absolutely full of character despite his age. He loves his dinner and definitely isn’t shy about letting you know when he thinks it’s time… or when he’d quite like to be let outside! 😸

I’m thoroughly enjoying my drop-in visits with Louie and getting to know all of his wonderful little quirks!
