Just wanted to take a moment to share the details of a wonderful friend of mine, Em, and her business. Em is an exceptionally talented artist, specialising in pencil drawn pet portraits. I myself have 3 of her drawings where most recently she captured my beloved cat, Jack, who I sadly lost last year. My wider family have also had portraits of their dogs by Em and it amazes me how Ems ability captures them so perfectly every time.

Had an amazing week looking after Ringo the Chinchilla and Boz the Tortoise here at Happy Paws Hotel, and they were certainly spoilt during their stay with us. Can’t wait to see you again next time!

Can we get some love for these three beauties!! Today while enjoying our walk one of these dogs was threatened and I quote “get away or I will kick the s**t out of you” simply for the way they look!! Can you guess who?

Did you know, as with humans, rabbits also need a good daily dose of Vitamin D, as it helps them absorb calcium, forming strong teeth and bones?

This morning the Happy Paws hotel guests, Ozzy, Daisy and Minnie are taking full advantage of the good weather and are enjoying a good sun bathing session in their spacious outdoor run we offer!

That grass tray? Not sure if we’ve mentioned before but we grow them fresh from April -September ensuring each guest has not only an extra nibbling source but as you can see from this awesome trio, it acts as a perfect bun lounger!
