I would like to wish all of my customers a happy new year. I have been able to inform most most of my clients that there is going to be a price increase of £5 per groom due to an increase of my overheads. As most of you are aware I have never put my prices up since I opened 7years ago. Thank you for being so understanding and supportive as always and I look forward to seeing you all now the new year has started. Kind regards, jo

Good morning to all my lovely clients, I hope you are all well.
Good news from Boris last night meaning I can reopen as long as I keep to DEFRA's very strict guild lines. This means there have been a few changes. I am only allowed one dog into the salon at one time, unless they are from the same household, I have put a tethering ring outside for dogs to be tied to for collection and drop off so we can safely keep the 2 meters distance. The salon will be completely disinfected in between grooms so I will have to leave gaps to allow the walls and floors to dry for it to be safe for the next dog to come in, this means I can physically do less dogs a day.
I have a massive list of dogs that need to be booked in, please be patient whilst I work through getting you all booked in, I hope you don't mind if I prioritise dogs that I think are more desperate than others. As you all know I will work my hardest to get you all booked in and the dogs all comfortable again.
