From your waggy tail and cheeky ways to all the adventures we shared, you filled our lives with so much joy.

You fought so bravely, and we would have given anything to have had more time with you.

Our hearts are broken, and the house feels so empty without you.

Run free now, our beautiful girl. No more pain, just endless fields to run through. 🌈

We recently had the absolute honour of caring for Pepper, the beautiful German Shepherd, on her final journey. 🐾✨🤍

Pepper lived a truly remarkable life, serving for almost 8 years as a prison patrol dog, faithfully working alongside her much-loved handler. She dedicated so much of her life to protecting others, forming an incredible bond with the person who stood beside her throughout her working years.

Loyal and devoted right to the very end, Pepper leaves behind a heartbroken family, but also a lifetime of wonderful memories and an incredible legacy of dedicated service.

Rest easy, Pepper. You’ve certainly earned your rest. 🐾✨🤍

A huge thank you to the Hodgson family for this wonderful hamper, given to us as a thank you for caring for their beautiful Phoebe on her final journey. 🐾🤍

And a huge thank you to the Taylor family for the beautiful rose plant and chocolates, after we had the honour of caring for their beautiful Winston the Shar Pei on his final journey. 🌹🤍

We never expect gifts or thank you cards from the families we care for, but when we do receive them, it really does mean so much to us. Knowing that the care we’ve given to a much loved pet has brought even a little comfort during such a heartbreaking time is incredibly special. 🐾✨

Nero leaves behind a heartbroken family, but also a lifetime of beautiful memories that they will treasure forever. 🤍

His family chose this beautiful mahogany casket to keep him close at home, the place he knew, loved and where he was loved so very much.

My precious Lily. My best four-legged furry friend.

After 16 years and 3 months on earth, your wee body finally gave in, and it was time for you to meet your great-niece, Willow, across Rainbow Bridge.

You had more lives than a cat and were a complete and utter fighter. You survived massive spinal surgery and were completely paralysed, but you fought so hard, and we got you walking again.

Every day was a joy, you floofing along, flicking your feet, the little bell on your collar jingling away, and you proudly carrying your stick. I was often stopped by people commenting on how beautiful you were and asking, “Are your eyelashes real?”

You were a tiny little walking slipper with the longest eyelashes I’d ever seen when I first met you. The last born, but the strongest and the most beautiful.

We are completely lost without you, and we don’t know how we will manage without you. Life has been so, so cruel lately. We only lost your Willow three months earlier.

My little beauty, my tiny little friend, you were the absolute best and the most beautiful wee soul in the most beautiful body. Thank you for all the years of love, joy and happiness you gave us all.

Willow will be there waiting at Rainbow Bridge for you.

We had you from 6 weeks old to 17 years and 5 months. You were the best companion, and we never had any issues with you.

You were our first dog as a family and our first baby. You were always there throughout the kids’ lives. You were our shadow, and we took you everywhere. We have so many wonderful memories with you, and you helped us through some of the most difficult times.

I couldn’t watch you struggle anymore. I really didn’t want to let you go, but I could tell you were suffering. You were such a fighter.

Life seems so strange without you. We miss you so, so much.

Hope you’re at peace now. 🕊️💔🐾

It was an honour to care for beautiful George the Boston Terrier and to support Tish through one of life’s hardest goodbyes. Every pet who comes into our care is treated with the same dignity, love and respect we would want for our own.
