So many no shows over the last month … we will now be asking for deposits on booking ( especially new customers ) we are very busy & to just not show up is very unfare when we have a long list of people asking for cancellations .. !!

When you get people on a Saturday not showing up … very unfair not to give us a call or text saying that you won’t make it when we have over 15 dogs on a cancellation list waiting.. !!!!
