🎆 Keep Your Pets Safe This Bonfire Night! 🎆
As the skies light up with fireworks tonight, please remember our furry friends might not find the noise as exciting as we do 🐶🐈💥
Here are a few quick tips to help keep your pets calm and safe tonight:
🐾 Walk dogs early – Try to get your walks in before it gets dark and the fireworks begin.
🏠 Keep them indoors – Close windows and curtains to help muffle the sounds.
🎶 Create background noise – Pop on the TV or play some calming music. Remember that Smooth and classic radio have their own music for pets
🛏️ Safe space – Let your pet go where they want to go. Create small, safe dens for them to hide in. Add some treats or something for them to soothe themselves with like a licki mat or frozen kong!
🪪 Check ID tags & microchips – Just in case they get frightened and bolt, make sure your contact info is up to date.
💖 Stay calm and relaxed – Pets pick up on our emotions. Keep things as normal and relaxed as possible.
