It’s that time again…NEW WINDOW TIME!

I know today doesn’t feel all summery, and maybe we’re not feeling like an ice cream, however I heard a whisper that the suns just round the corner….again! ☀️

So along with all the lovely cool coats, cool mats, cool toys….infact everything’s just cool 😎!

Thanks as always to Nick from maureens.by.the.sea1 for her creativity. Having a sister shop in Saltburn By The Sea 🌊 is amazing. If you’re up that way make sure you pop in and say 👋, but beforehand giving her shop page a like and follow is great way to support an independent business.

My son was the 3rd generation of my family to attend Great Moor Infant School. We love the school and our little community.

Always love helping out where we can 💕

🌈 ☔️ The sun may not have been shining but that did not dampen the spirit of yesterday’s Summer Fair!!!

Piles of gifts, toys, chocolate & sweets were won and taken home, 1000’s of bounces and slides down the inflatables were had, 100’s of beautiful face paints were created, axes were thrown, arrows were shot and we had some well deserved competition winners (prizes to be presented in Friday’s assembly!).

🫶🏼 It was non stop and we want to thank you all for making it such an enjoyable day!

With thanks to the amazing performances from:

The school choir, you all sang so beautifully.

The Keumgang Family Martial Arts who superbly demonstrated the art of taekwondo to our school community.

Pantonic All Stars Steel Brass Band who played all day in the rain, kept the ambiance alive and sounded unbelievable.

and finally Caroline Dean school of dance, thank you for arranging a wonderful show, we are so proud of all the children who danced their hearts out in the pouring rain!

If you were as impressed as we were please check out our special guests to learn more about how your children can get involved in what they do!

Thank you to Flossypops Candy Company and Woodstock Pizza who returned to the fair once again this year and supplied the crowds with sweets treats and pizza!

Thank you to all the local businesses that donated prizes to our Lock Box and Call Me Maybe games! We were blown away by your generosity!

Morning! Wakey wakey!

How are we all? Hot, sweaty but no sun! Yuk! 😂

It’s been a tough week in the shop. Huge deliveries and heat don’t mix….but the Maggie’s ladies are hero’s…we can do it all!

So let run down quickly what’s new in store 🏬

😋 ancodogtreats have brought out a new Nibbles range…all nice clean treats with natural goodness and 6 proteins to choose from.

🐾 Our Maggie’s trays are back in 🎉 not all flavours but that will happen over the next week or so.

Have you missed me? Ha ha I bet you didn’t even notice I was gone! Chrissie, Jo and Lily run the store like hero’s

A week away in Anglsey has been heaven…3 happy dogs, happy family….Happy Happy Mum!

I’ll share some photos of this gorgeous place tomorrow because it really was beautiful and perfect for dogs 🐶

What I really want to highlight in this post is how amazing the cool jackets are from Hurtta

I know I wax lyrical about them but in all my years, of which there are plenty! I don’t think I’ve ever come across a product that works so well. For me, this has been a holiday game changer. While of course we haven’t been out in temperatures above 18-19 degrees. Wearing the jackets has meant no stress for me.

All 3 dogs have enjoyed all that Anglsey had to offer without me worrying that they were overheating. 🥵
