Can you help a Lab in need?

Following the incredible response to last week’s volunteer post, we’re putting out another heartfelt shout-out. We’re so grateful for all the support so far — but there are still areas where we’re really struggling to cover.

Even a small amount of time can make a huge difference.

We’re especially looking for help in these regions:

Scotland
• Perth, Dundee & Tayside
• South & North Lanarkshire
• Dunbartonshire
• Renfrewshire

North West
• East Manchester
• Oldham

North East
• DH & DL postcodes
• NE43, 42, 41, 40, 39, 21, 17 & 16

Yorkshire
• We’re very short across all areas — any help here would be especially appreciated.

Wales
• South Wales: We do have some support, but more hands would really help.
• North & Mid Wales: We struggle to cover these areas and sadly have to let dogs down simply because we can’t assess them in time.

🐇 A new study from the RVC has found there’s no substantial link between popular conformation in rabbits, including floppy ears or flat faces, and an increased risk of dental problems. The study concluded that instead, diet, environment and regular dental checks might be more important in the development of dental disease, helping veterinarians and rabbit owners prioritise care and support rabbit welfare.
