✨ Introducing myself as the face behind Spencer&Hounds ✨

My name is Sophie and I have 2 children called Darla and Locki, and a husband called Luke! You may see them appear on my social media at times because they love walking the gorgeous dogs with me 🥰. We as a family have also just welcomed a gorgeous Yorkshire Terrier name Prinny, to our loving home. She is truly adored by us all 🥰🐶

I have been a dog walker for 3 and a half months now and it has changed my life 🥹✨. I've always been a dog lover and for the last 12 years my dream was to be a dog groomer. However life got busy with having 2 children, moving home a couple of times and getting married. But now life is calming down and I found I had more 'me' time with bigger Spencer at school and littlest Spencer at nursery. So I took the leap, went out of my comfort zone and decided to start my dog walking business, initially to build my confidence with handling different dogs/breeds for when I wanted to complete a dog grooming course. However I love dog walking so much I am unsure if I ever want to move on from this 😂.

Since opening Spencer&Hounds I have studied and completed courses to ensure the dogs are in my safest possible hands.

I've met the most beautiful dogs of all kinds and their lovely pawrents 🤍

I've got some new services up my sleeve for Spencer&Hounds as I grow and get the most confident in myself to be the best dog walker I can be.

With colds (and viruses!) rife at this time of the year, many of us may have medications on hand to help with the symptoms. Tablets, capsules, drops, sachets, sprays and syrups are readily available to us, but these may contain several active constituents that can harm our dogs if they were to ingest the wrong dosage.
