So excited for what the future holds for the 2yr olds- left to right: Elsa, Holly, Pearl, Isadora, America.
🐻 ElsaBear is naturally a cautious mare. It takes a while to build her trust, but when you’re ‘in’ with her she’s the softest and kindest girl. I shouldn’t have favourites but if I did…🤷♀️🤣 She’s built like a shed, with some serious power! A proper ‘leg in each corner’ type, but still with natural athleticism.
🌺 Holly is the yard favourite. The first to come up for cuddles and just takes everything in her stride. The first time we loaded her she walked onto the trailer as if she’d done it 100 times previously. I think she’ll be a dream to break in. It’s like she’s been on this Earth before.
🤍 Pearl- Has some very big opinions for someone so small.. 😅 sassy & quite stroppy, she’s the class clown, but wow when she moves this girl can perform- the stop and turn and the explosive speed is next level.
🌷 Isadora- affectionately labelled the ugly duckling, she’s finally starting to fill out her tall & gangly frame and we are getting glimpses now of the nice mare that she will become. Although she’s sensible to handle and trim, worm, etc she’s very wary, doesn’t come for cuddles and doesn’t enjoy a fuss- I can’t even get her to take a polo or carrot as she thinks I’m trying to poison her 😅 I’m sure with time I’ll win her over..!
🇺🇸 America is going to be a tall boy. He was absolutely stunning as a foal, and he’s going to be very handsome. Friendly, polite, level headed, well mannered with looks to match- what more do we need in a man!? 🤣
They all go to the polo club now for 6 months to play and grow and enjoy their childhoods, and will return back home in October.
