Positive news and raised awareness of the funding of Social Care as a result of our successful challenge

A care providers’ association just won an important case against Stoke City Council, which matters for the whole social care sector and people who need care. Stoke City just said ‘Sorry, we have no more money’ when asked for a fees increase under the contract. It gave a below-inflation inc.....
