I’ve had quite a few First Aid requests this past month, and I couldn’t be happier! 🩹💛
I’m so passionate about empowering people with the confidence to act in an emergency because knowing what to do can truly make all the difference.

Here’s what you need to know 👇

As a certified First Aid Instructor, I offer essential, hands-on training to help you save a baby or child’s life. My sessions cover:

✅ Defibrillator Use (AED)
✅ Choking Response

I provide 1:1 sessions in your own home as well as group training, complete with manikins and adaptations to suit all needs, relaxed, practical, and confidence-building.
