I have lifetime experience with many different animals large and small. Animals are my passion and my whole life . I don

't see myself as just a dog groomer, I treat all the dogs in my care as I would my own and all animals as their own unique self. I am experienced with nervous dogs , and I am willing to put the time and effort to ensure your dog feels safe and learns to trust me . I am also experienced with rescue dogs and heavily matted dogs. The products I use are all natural and vegan friendly, so no harmful chemicals or nasty toxins that could cause your dog harm. At Pongo's I groom 1-1 so your furbaby has my full attention and the experience is less stressful than a busy salon . Pongo's aim is to make it as stress free and enjoyable experience as possible, I fill the air with dog friendly oils to help calm and relax your furbaby whilst creating a relaxing spa feeling. whilst at Pongo's your fur baby will recieve lots of love and care, fresh water ,toilet break and treats if you agree ? Not forgetting lots of praise , cuddles and kisses . If your furbaby gets on well with other dogs , I let them have a short play with my own dogs before the groom . But if your furbaby prefers to stay away from other dogs this is totally fine and I will ensure that my dogs cannot be seen throughout the Pongo experience.
