Hey everyone! ☀️

The van is back 🥳 so I have a back log of people to squeeze in so if you need to cancel your booking for any reason please let me know as soon as possible as people are waiting for these spots 🐕 I’ll be doing late evenings to try and catch up as quickly as possible ✂️

Regarding the heat!:
The van has air con but I do need to be plugged into electric for air con to run as it can’t run off my battery, so if I am unable to plug in please let me know and we can rearrange for an evening or a cooler day. Also, for safety of your pups, if they are struggling with the heat we won’t be blow drying after the bath, this is to reduce any risk of overheating the pup and their safety comes first 🥇 I’ll be carrying pups to the van were I can or parking in shade where I can.

Hey everyone!

More bad news unfortunately. I still don’t have the van back as we have come across more issues than I initially thought. I’m finding it really quite difficult at this time but when I get the van back I will get everyone who has missed an appointment back in.

I’m so sorry to everyone this has affected but I promise this is the last thing I wanted.

Morning all!

I wish this was a more cheery post but the vans radiator has gone unfortunately and is due to be fixed next Friday. This does need I won’t be able to travel to houses for grooms but if you are able to travel to me then I can do it from outside my house. 🏠

I will be messaging everyone this affects directly in case they don’t see this.

I can’t help but feel like I’m letting people down but unfortunately things happen with vehicles and hopefully doesn’t cause too much inconvenience.
