Hi everyone I'm currently swamped in emails etc and trying my hardest to get back to everyone.

I have a problem with messenger (well a few) where I don't get notified/ I get notified but can't get in/ I can only see 1 previous message or I can see zero previous messages!

Good evening. Just wanted to do a quick update.

First small reminder, we only ship on days with at least 2 working/non strike days following. November does not look good!

Orders made between 18th and 25th October are all now dispatched. Due to the sheer volume that built up, it took me 2 days to get them cleared.
Thank you for bearing with us while postal strikes stopped dispatch.

Tomorrow I will be packing orders from 26th and 27th.

Strikes aside I just wanted to update usual postage.

When we were in the early days of business we generally posted same day if orders were placed in time for packing before postage run. This unfortunately is no longer the case since we've grown.
We are now just over a year old and the amount of orders received on a daily basis take me at least 2-3 hours just to get all invoices and postage labels printed, I then pot up thousands of pupae and flies, box up, tape up, labels on. Of course I will always do my best to get things out ASAP and if you have an emergency I will always prioritise where I can.

Please place all orders via website/ebay (but preferably website) as all orders are printed via the website then postage labels from them. If your order isn't in my pile printed from the website you unfortunately end up back of the queue.

Did you know we also have a bigger inventory on the website?

Hugh if you're here please drop me an email. Ebay has given me a postage label in this name but I cannot find the order in ebay or via website (which logs both website orders and ebay) so I have no idea what I'm meant to be sending 😩 possibly the weirdest problem I've ever encountered.

Quick one today 😂

I'm pretty sure I'm up to date on emails/messages.

All orders placed between Thursday evening and yesterday evening have all been dispatched.

Our eBay is currently still closed but website is business as usual.

Royal mail are still as fantastic as they have been the last month or so and 1st class generally still isn't getting there the next day.

Good evening everyone. Few people have messaged but I can't see previous messages, no idea why, this has been going on for a while now!

If you've messaged about orders, all orders except ones made TODAY have all gone out first class, and some of the higher value orders are 1st class signed for (royal mail have lost to many high value ones recently)

We won't be posting tomorrow because royal mail haven't managed to deliver Fridays parcels the next day in a month+ so next posting day is Tuesday 20th as Monday is Bank Holiday. So if you're placing an order soon, now is the time because you'll be top of the list 😊

Now we can start afresh, and no more strikes, turnaround will be back to normal. It's been the most stressful few weeks which my partner will definitely confirm I didn't handle well 😂😳

Thank you everyone who's been patient it's hugely appreciated. We never delay orders going out just for the fun of it, it would have been silly to send them and hope for the best that they get there alive. Flies really are not the hardiest!

I'll stop rambling now. 💚
