Peaceful Paws is a home gentle euthanasia service offered to our beloved pets in Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire & West Midlands.

Should our services sadly be required over the festive period then we are still here & able to help 🕊️

We have some wonderful vets who are working throughout should you need a visit - please note there will be an additional charge for this & emergency’s only 🕊️🌈

Our phones are always on & we are here to help when we can - if there is no answer first time, please leave a voicemail or a text & we will get back in touch ASAP.

Sadly many veterinary surgery’s have a 2-3 week wait for cremation at this time of year - pets deserve to be home for Christmas 🕊️

Meadow View can offer a dignified individual same day cremation service up until 12pm Christmas Eve - it brings so much comfort in having your loved one home quickly ❤️

Happy Halloween!

Halloween can be a spooky time for our furry friends! 🎃🐾 Keep your pets safe and happy with these tips:

Keep Treats Out of Reach: Many Halloween treats, especially chocolate and sweets with xylitol, are toxic to pets.
Pet-Friendly Costumes: If dressing up, make sure costumes are comfortable, non-restrictive and safe for your pet.
Create a Calm Space: Doorbells and trick-or-treaters can be stressful—set up a quiet, secure space for your pet to relax.
ID Tags On: With the door opening often, make sure your pet has proper identification in case they slip outside.

Here are some extra tips:

Walk During Daylight: Walk your dog before dark to avoid fireworks.
Create a Safe Haven: Move your pet to their cosy space before fireworks begin, with toys and things they love.
Keep Them Company: Stay with your pet and keep yourself occupied in their safe haven so they don't feel alone.
Block Out Sights and Sounds: Close curtains, blackout windows and play music or TV to mask firework sounds.
Stay Calm and Play: Ignore the noises and try playing with your pet if they're interested, but don't force it.
Consult Your Vet: Ask about pheromone diffusers or medications that may help keep your pet calm during fireworks.
