Earlier this week we asked you for your thoughts on what percentage of horse owners didn’t realise their horse had laminitis because the signs had been so subtle?
The answer - 45% of horse owners*.

Laminitis can cause extreme pain, lameness and permanent damage to the hooves. Being aware of the more subtle signs of laminitis can help you act faster, meaning there will be a greater chance of aiding recovery.

Feeding Young Horses for Dound Development

21/09/2020

What a great few weeks I’ve had working with clients who want to improve their rider horse combination.

If you want to become a better rider, improve your position and improve your performance with a video analysis and symmetry jacket these are the sessions for you.

The session will focus on evaluating the horse and rider and then using specific exercises, improve the rider’s position and the horse’s way of going.

The horse will be treated accordingly to a full assessment from video analysis, static and dynamic assessment and palpation abs the correct treatment will be prescribed.

Correct rider biomechanics (position) is essential to optimise the horse’s way of going and consequently, horse and rider performance.

In the clinic we will focus on your posture and correct any muscle imbalances through METS and massage techniques. Corrective Pilates exercises will be prescribed to help you achieve a better rider balance combination with your horse.

Feel free to contact me for any further questions.
