Dear customers, It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce the closure of my small business for the foreseeable. From Monday 2nd June.

I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for your loyalty and support over the years.

I understand that this news may come as a disappointment/shock, and I apologise for any inconvenience it may cause. Please know that I have explored all possible options before making this decision, and I believe it is the best course of action for my business at this time.

With costs forever rising & cancellations & no shows still happening, alongside a lot of my clients moving away or passing away x
(which i wish you all the best with ❤️ and can’t thank you enough for over the years)

I’m unfortunately having to look for work else where to make ends meet to pay off my mortgage and bills. I start my new job on the 2nd June. I’m not taking this very lightly as this was my dream to become something of myself I never thought I’d achieve as much as I did with my grooming and I’m extremely proud of myself that I built up a business of a lifetime!!! which it has been up until more recently I have taken a hard hit with my business and it’s not recovering very well or as quickly as I need it to especially before our move.

I have to think of my self now & I have been in this dog grooming industry for 10 years or so now. So with us moving to canvey in a few months time I’ve made the decision to close.

I want to assure you that I will do everything in my power to make this transition as smooth as possible & find you other local groomers who I recommend x

We will be in touch with any updates regarding future appointments. Ones that are booked in for after the 2nd June will be cancelled x

Some people will not get as much notice as some of my other clients which I’m deeply sorry for however I wasn’t expecting this closure this soon either. It’s all out of my hands now and to do what’s best for myself now x

Amber will not be moving she is staying within the garden centre and can take on some of my clientele however this is something we will discuss.

I will be posting links of other dog groomers locally around the area.

I just want to say that the job I have just got is a 12 month contract. With that being said if in that time I have enough money saved & im officially/legally allowed to work from home I may in the future open from canvey. This isn’t something that will happen over night if it does happen. However the idea is there x
