We are here today! 👏

Come & see us to fill up those great jars! 🦴

HOWEVER - there will be NO ice creams & NO puppuccinos. Please leave your dogs at home, it’s far too hot for them to be walking round today. Especially in a busy place & on concrete with no shade! 🥵

Trust me - we are GUTTED, it’s our favourite thing to do but let’s keep those dogs safe! 🙏

Pontefract Liquorice Festival is back THIS SUNDAY 🥳

It's going to be a hot one, with temperatures forecasted to reach 30 degrees!

To ensure your visit is enjoyable and safe, we advise:

🐶 Not bringing your pets as it will likely be too hot for them (but you can pick them up a treat from Tinkerbell Treats!)
🚰 Staying hydrated - there will be a free water refill station at Pontefract Library
🧴 Keep applying sunscreen
🧢 Wearing a hat and sunglasses

Next stop - Honeley show!

Saturday 28th June…Tinkerbell's Treats 🐾🐶🦴

Well it's all going on up at the show field!

The new tent provider is doing a great job and with all the tents being frame construction it's a swanky new look for the show. Have a look at pic for last years show from above.

- Trade stands, pitches, entertainments, exhibits, tents etc completed.
- Tents completed and being sheeted up; Members & Kitchen, Cattle, Dogs, Pigs, Goats, Countryside, Craft, Band, Pay booth, Rabbits.
- Viewing area laid out waiting post knocking.
- Main ring enclosure formed.
- First few toilets arrived.

Still plenty to do though before Saturday's big show!
