Sorry to have to do this, but lets talk poo!!!!

Over the past two weeks we have calculated that we have spent in excess of 3 hours cleaning up after client dogs fouling in the salon. Not only do we have to clear it up, we have to then sanitise the area to stop other dogs fouling, or worse stop other dogs from eating it!

Whilst people may think that this is part and parcel of working with the dogs, it's far from it as it detracts our time from grooming the dogs.

Due to this, we are now having to implement a charge for time spent in respect of this of £5.00 per fouling and this will include a roll of poo bags, this is with immediate affect.

Please, please try to ensure your dogs have carried out their ablutions prior to coming to the salon. We totally understand the nervous poo of new clients, but unfortunately it's now getting beyond a joke spending unnecessary time picking and cleaning up dog poo!

If you own a German Shepherd, Husky or similar sized dog... please ensure you keep your dog in your sights at all times.
These beautiful babies are going missing from secure gardens, and they're not being seen again. This is on your doorstep, its close and this is only going to escalate further. The bully breed demise has led on to this, and these poor dogs are going to be at the suffering end of it. The vicious blood 'sport' of dogfighting is still thriving underground. Hundreds of thousands of dogs each year are abused and killed in dogfighting operations. Dogfights can happen anywhere, anytime, It could be a park, remote wooded area, field, basement in a house, barn, garage or warehouse hidden from view as just some examples.
Multipled GSD's, and other larger breeds are missing right now, though be mindful these thieves will take your smaller dogs if the opportunity arises too. Your little furbabys whole life could be turned upside down for some sickos entertainment and a bet won/lost. This is happening NOW! Watch your dogs! The number one place dogs go missing from = YOUR GARDEN!! Please protect these poor sentient beings from these entitled, selfish ****s.

* * ROAD CLOSURE AGAIN!!! * *

For anyone with apts this week, they have closed both ends of the road so if you come invia Bones Lane (by the temple) follow to the very end instead of turning into Brickhouse Lane. Turn right at end by Golf course, to the end and turn left, you are on Brickhouse Lane. We are just on left. If your coming in from Byers Lane, again follow to end and turn left, go past golf course to end and turn left, we are just on left. Sorry for any confusion.

**** Road Closures ****

For those of you with apts this coming week. Signs have been put up to say they are closing Bones Lane for 3 days from Tuesday 28th and Brickhouse Lane for 1 day on 29th.

Unfortunately on 29th this means access will be via Byers Lane/Hare Lane or Croydonbarn Lane depending which way you travel. Access will be given to property but please bear this in mind when travelling to apts.

Any issues please let us know as soon as you can.
