The no show issue strikes again ... this week alone (its only Wednesday ) I'm down £190 in appointments that I have a waiting list for 🥴 please please cancel if you can't make your appointment so I can offer it to someone else.
Under 24 hours notice cancellation fee is £10 over 24hours is free! but going forward complete no shows the appointment will be fully payable.
I don't want the extra admin of deposits so this is the middle ground.
I'll re print client forms with new conditions on and give them out so everyone's upto date 😊
