She is incredibly caring, trustworthy and thoughtful, and it’s clear that she genuinely loves Monty and treats him as if he were her own.We received daily updates, along with lots of lovely photos and videos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Everything she does is so personalised to Monty, and she clearly takes the time to understand his personality, routines and needs.She has also been so helpful and reliable, going above and beyond to make sure Monty was happy and well cared for. Knowing he was in such loving and capable hands made our holidays so much more relaxing.We feel very lucky to have found her and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.
