Our doggy ice cream went down a storm last week and we are getting a new delivery tomorrow 🫶🏻

Durham Animal Feeds doggy Ice cream is frozen Kefir yoghurt, it is not packed with sugars & artificial colours or flavours, just 100% goodness with delicious, natural flavours.

We feel we need to address the post that has been circulating online since last night.

Our social media accounts were accessed without our permission and a post was published without our knowledge or authorisation.

Since being made aware of this, we have worked through the night to regain access to our accounts, secure them and restore services. We have now regained access to our page and are continuing work to fully restore all platforms, including Instagram.

We are aware that, prior to and during this incident, messages were sent to some customers via Facebook without our authorisation. This matter has been reported to the police and is being dealt with as part of an ongoing investigation.

The job post circulating is completely false. We are not recruiting and do not require any staff at this time.

First and foremost, we would like to thank everyone who contacted us last night to make us aware of what was happening. Your support allowed us to respond quickly and begin securing our accounts.

As many of you know, we are a small family business and everything is run by us personally. We have worked hard to build our business and the reputation we have with our customers, and we are proud of the service we provide. Seeing false information circulate online and being acted on as if it were factual has been extremely upsetting and deeply distressing for our family.

Since last night we have received abusive emails, phone calls and messages, as well as negative comments and reviews based on information that did not come from us. Situations like this can have a significant impact on small family run businesses, which is why we are taking this matter extremely seriously and acting quickly to resolve it properly.

We would ask people to be mindful that information shared online is not always accurate, and to ensure they are relying on verified facts before drawing conclusions.

We will not be engaging with abusive messages, speculation or attempts to provoke a response. Our focus remains on securing our accounts, supporting our customers and dealing with this matter through the appropriate channels.

We are very grateful for the kindness, patience and support shown by so many people during what has been a very difficult night for our family.

Thank you for your understanding while we continue to resolve this situation.
