🚨 URGENT REHOMING NOTICE 🚨
🐾 Forever home needed for beautiful Chica / Tilly 🐾
This sweet-natured dapple Dachshund is just 10 months old… still very much a baby with so much love to give 💕
Chica first came to stay with us at Christmas, but sadly didn’t get on with the Pomeranian in her home and was causing her a lot of anxiety. With her owners out at work, she became bored and started to destroy household items.
She was then rehomed with a family member whose son had desperately wanted a dog… but after just 4 months, he has sadly lost interest. With both parents working and no prior dog experience, they’ve struggled with routine and training. Tilly has now taken over the house — still not toilet trained, chewing furniture, and barking enough for neighbours to complain.
And here’s the reality… Dachshunds are NOT the easiest breed. They’re independent, clever, stubborn, vocal, and very needy — but also incredibly loving, loyal, and obsessed with comfort and cuddles 🛋️🐶💕
Tilly doesn’t need “fixing” — she needs structure, consistency, and someone who truly understands the breed.
✨ Ideally, she would suit:
• Someone with Dachshund experience
• Or someone confident with training and routine
• A home where she won’t be left bored for long periods
• Someone patient, committed, and ready to give her the guidance she needs
• Possibly a home with another well-balanced female Dachshund
She deserves her final, forever home — one where she can thrive and be the amazing little dog we know she can be 💖

She will be returning to her original home for now, but we want to avoid upsetting the resident Pom again, so finding the right home ASAP is critical.
