⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review!
‘We were recommended the use of Sky Kennel to transport our two dogs, a 11 year old Black Labrador and 3 year old Labradoodle, from Brunei back to the UK. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish and for those seeking to transport pets, we highly recommend this company.
Jonah from Sky Kennel was excellent in the preparation and in providing us all the information and guiding us through the steps to take prior to travel. We realised that international pet travel can be stressful, but Jonah and the Sky Kennel handled every step with professionalism, care, clear communication and importantly compassion.
They guided us through all the necessary paperwork, veterinary requirements, and travel plans, making a complex process feel surprisingly smooth.
Closer to the day of travel, Jonah made sure that the local in-country team were prepared to collect the dogs. He also made sure that we understood the collection process at the Heathrow Animal Reception Centre.
When the dogs arrived in the UK, Mandy from Sky Kennel contacted us immediately and kept us updated on the UK paperwork and processing. This resulted in us being ready to collect the dogs as soon a they were processed, which was really important to us. Thankfully the dogs were calm, healthy, and clearly well looked after during and after the journey.
I highly recommend Sky Kennel to anyone needing safe, trustworthy pet transportation. We are extremely grateful for the work of Jonah, Mandy and the team. They took much of the stress out of a stressful process.’
