🐾 A Note From Fleur and Fur 🐾
As a professional dog groomer, my top priority is always the welfare, comfort, and safety of your beloved pet — not just achieving a “perfect” look.
Every dog is different. Some are nervous, some get overwhelmed, and some may not yet be comfortable with certain parts of the grooming process. If a dog is showing signs of serious anxiety, is biting, or is too stressed, I may have to pause or stop the groom altogether. This is never a decision I take lightly — it’s done with your dog’s best interests at heart. Pushing a pet too far can cause long-term fear or trauma, which I work hard to avoid.
I always strive to accommodate owner preferences and will walk you through the process, including letting you see the salon setup and discussing what’s best for your dog. If something isn't achievable in one session, I will gladly suggest a plan to work toward it in a safe and positive way.
🛑 Please remember: What happens inside the salon isn’t always visible from the outside. It’s easy to judge a groom’s outcome, but there may be important reasons why certain things weren’t completed. I will always communicate these clearly with you.
❗ Negative reviews can really impact small businesses like mine — especially when they don’t reflect the full picture. If you ever have a concern, I’m always open to a respectful conversation and happy to explain or work together to find a solution. I genuinely care about every dog I work with and take pride in treating them like my own.
Thank you to all my regular clients for trusting me to care for your furry family members and to any newer clients 💛
