If you have a home with more than one cat, first of all congratulations on being so lucky! 😻 😻Secondly, don’t forget to always keep an extra litterbox available to avoid conflicts between your feline friends.

Cats are prone to urinary problems when they are stressed and having too few litter boxes can be a sticking point between your pets. An extra box can solve this problem and save you and your cats loads of problems!

Pet allergy happens because of proteins that can be found in many places like saliva, the skin and even urine.

This means that, even if a pet has little or no hair, they will still produce the proteins that cause an allergic reaction in susceptible humans!

Are you a cat owner wondering what you can expect regarding how long your feline friend will live? 😺 The average cat’s lifespan is between 13 to 17 years. Still, some cats are luckier and live longer than 17 years.

The best way to ensure your cat lives a long and happy life is to feed them high-quality food, bring them in to us for regular health checks, and obviously, some love, playtime and cuddles also go a long way. 🥰

Knowing your pet’s normal vital signs like heart rate can be essential, not only in an emergency situation but also if you need to keep an eye on their heart rate during problems like kidney, respiratory or heart disease. 🫀

This is very easy to do! Find their heartbeat (best on the left side, just behind the arm) and count 15 seconds of beats then multiply this number by 4. As you start doing this, you’ll be able to get a good baseline and be able to identify any changes faster.
