It's a heatwave this weekend - what have we been up to ?
Early Morning - Grass has been watered to make cool and then all boarders have had a couple of hours run around in the shade after their breakfast. All enclosures are cleaned out

Lunchtime - Boarders taken into the cool inside and are all chilling with some cool veggies/herbs. We use ice mats/bottles as well which have gone down well

Evening/nightime - Bunnies need stimulation at night therefore we give Forage boxes & this week willow and pear tree branches. Along with play nugget balls
Litter trays checked/cleaned twice daily

All boarders have a water bottle & water bowl

Hope everybun is ok and keeping cool in this heatwave. All boarders have settled well here We are staying cool. Cool beds have been added, ice wall bottles alongside the shades, fans and cool snacks this afternoon Watermelon has been a hit with the piggies

Rabbits and small furry animals do not cope with hot weather well, here are some top tips to keep your furbabies cool over the weekend
Another tip Is to provide a water bottle AND water bowl 🌅🌞🐰🐰

All boarders have settled in well and chilling in the shade. Lola doesn't like a fan so she has an ice bed in her tunnel which she likes.

All boarders have settled in well. We offer good quality hay and daily forage boxes to keep everyone entertained todays forage included fresh corainder & parsley with dried plantain, dandelion and roses as well as evening veggies

We are loving our cuddles with our boarders. Willow is a sweetheart, she certainly.loves her food 🤣🥰🐇🐇
