Good morning everyone

Just a quick reminder of my cancellation policy
Any cancellations less than 24hours or no shows incurs a charge of 50% of the groom.
I’ve been very lucky that this doesn’t happen often, however I would just like to remind clients that this something that I have to put in place.
Also, could you please try and show up on time for your grooms, otherwise I end up running over throughout the day and that means I’m finishing late.

I understand events happen that we cannot control, if this is the case please let me know.
