Bit of a sad post today for a Sunday. Unfortunately my dog is being put to sleep Tuesday so will be taking Monday and Tuesday off this week. I hope everyone understands needing this time with my family. Hope you all have a lovely weekend x

Happy birthday to this sweet angel, Nellie🐾

Nellie is by far one of the softest dogs I have ever met. From day one she’s been my best friend and is always SO excited to see me. When I know I have Nellie in, I make sure to dress in waterproofs as there is no way to keep Nellie from jumping all over me, as if she forgets I’m there every ten minutes and is excited all over again 🤣

Hope you have the best day and your brother and sister behave for your birthday 😂 blessed to have spent this morning with you🤎

Happy birthday to the handsome boy Rolo🤎

Whatever day I have Rolo in, I know that it will be a good one. Although I’ve been walking Rolo for some time now, i STILL haven’t found a way to keep him out of the water😂 in true spaniel style, the water is his happy place.

💡 Top Tip Tuesday 💡
🥵HEAT EXHAUSTION🥵

It’s not often we get high temperatures in the UK, so not everyone may be aware of the effect heat can have on dogs.

Here are some signs of heat exhaustion and things you can do to prevent:

🦴 Excessive Panting
🦴 Distressed - pacing, whining, confused or dazed
🦴 Unsteadiness, weakness or inability to move
🦴 Vomiting or the poops 💩

Here’s what you can do to prevent heat exhaustion:

✅ Provide access to fresh water

✅ Restrict amounts of activity so they do not over heat

✅ Walk during the early morning or late night when temperatures are lower

✅ Do not let your dog sit in the sun, only shaded spots

✅ Cooling accessories or frozen toys

Let’s work together to keep your furry friends safe this summer ☀️

Hello everyone. Just getting everything booked in for this week. As it stands I think tomorrow will be too warm for walks, and I don’t want to take any risks.

I am still booking drop ins to let them out to go to the toilet, feed them and play with them to keep them company.

If anyone would like to book a drop in, please let me know

Hi everyone. We are predicting another warm day tomorrow in which I will not be walking the dogs if the weather is too warm but instead will be doing drop ins and can provide some enrichment and spend some time together.

If you’d still like a drop tomorrow for bank holiday Monday please let me know and I’ll get that booked in 🤎
