🐾✨ Pup Duo of the Day: Buzz & Bruce! ✨🐾

Say hello to today’s featured brothers — the lovable, muddy, and delightfully mischievous Buzz & Bruce!

These two handsome boxers are never happier than when they’re exploring the trails, stealing cuddles… or starting a very serious game of tug‑o‑war with their leads. (Yes, every walk is a competition — and yes, they both think they’re winning. 😂)

Despite their cheeky antics, they’re the sweetest, most affectionate boys, always ready for a fuss and full of brotherly love. 💛🐶🐶

Drop a 🐾 in the comments if you think these two melted your heart today!

🐶 Did You Know? Dogs Don’t Just Need Walks — They Need Sniffing Time!

At Dog Walking Cornwall, we always say: a tired dog is good… but a mentally fulfilled dog is even better!
Most people think walks are all about exercise, but for dogs, they’re also about exploration, communication, and stress relief. Sniffing isn’t just a hobby — it’s how they understand the world.

👃 Why Sniffing Matters
•Sniffing reduces stress by helping dogs regulate their emotions
•It boosts confidence, especially for nervous or rescue dogs
•It’s mentally stimulating — even a short sniff session can leave them satisfied
•It helps them process their environment, like reading the “news” left by other dogs

🌿 Let Your Dog Lead
Try turning part of your walk into a sniffari — letting your dog follow their nose safely.
You may be surprised how relaxed and content they are afterwards!

🐾 Our Promise at Dog Walking Cornwall
We don’t rush.
We don’t drag.
We walk your dog’s walk, giving them the space to sniff, explore and just be a dog.
Because a fulfilled dog is a happier dog ❤️

📸 Share a photo of your pup on their latest sniffari — we’d love to see!

•Sniffing reduces stress by lowering heart rate and helping dogs regulate emotions
•It boosts confidence, especially in nervous or rescue dogs
•It’s mentally stimulating — 10 minutes of sniffing can be as tiring as a 30‑minute walk
•It allows them to process their environment, like reading the “news” left by other dogs

🌿 Let Your Dog Lead
Try turning part of your walk into a sniffari — where your dog is free to follow their nose safely.
You’ll be surprised how relaxed and content they become afterwards.

💔💔💔 NOT A SINGLE SECURE FOSTER OFFER… 💔💔💔

We are absolutely heartbroken writing this…

Lady & Laddie – our beautiful 10+ year old collie pair – still have nowhere to go.

These two gentle souls have done nothing wrong, yet by the end of today they will have to return to kennels if we cannot find them a foster home 💔💔

They don’t need much…
Just a warm bed, a quiet home, and someone kind enough to let them spend this chapter of their lives feeling safe and loved.

They are the sweetest older couple, happy to just potter around together, taking comfort in each other. After everything they’ve been through, kennels is the last place they should be 💔

🙏🏻 Please… where are our collie lovers?
🙏🏻 Where is the home that can give these two a chance?

Even a temporary foster would save them from going back.

Time is running out for Lady & Laddie…

📩 Please PM us urgently if you can help
📢 Please share far and wide – they desperately need to be seen 🙏🏻🙏🏻

‼️‼️SOMEONE KNOWS SOMETHING‼️‼️

INFORMATION REQUIRED

Further to our post regarding the stray dog found in Ledbury on Monday 30th March 2026.

A few days on and although we felt there was a slight improvement on his stability he has since declined, he has of course been back to the vets and has been prescribed medication along with antibiotics for his infected eye.
A swelling on his head has also worsened and we need as much information as possible as to the potential cause to help get him the appropriate treatment..

-How long has he had these symptoms?
-Has he suffered a possible head injury?

It would also be very useful to know..

-What is his name?
-How old is he?

If the female that found and took him to Brookfield vets in Ledbury can make contact with us we would appreciate it, as no details were left at the time.

Please, if anyone knows anything PLEASE get in contact ASAP on 07751549770, anonymously if needed.

Please share 💙

🐾 A Little Reminder for All Dog Lovers… 🐾
We all know how tempting it is to reach out and give a cute dog a stroke — but please ALWAYS ask the owner’s permission first. ❤️

Not all dogs are comfortable with strangers. Some may be nervous, in training, recovering from injury, or simply not in the mood to be approached. Even the friendliest-looking pups can feel overwhelmed or startled.

👉 Asking first shows respect — for the dog and the owner.
👉 It keeps everyone safe — including children and other pets.
👉 It helps dogs feel secure — letting them choose when they’re ready to say hello.

So next time you meet a dog on your walk, pause, smile, and ask:

“Is it okay if I say hi?”
It takes just a second, but it makes a world of difference. 🐶✨

Let’s help keep our furry friends happy, safe, and understood. 💛

🐾❤️ Meet Kobe — Our Gentle, Wiggly Warrior and our featured pup of the day ❤️🐾

If you’ve ever seen a dog switch into full wigglebum mode, you’ll know it’s one of the purest joys in the world… and Kobe delivers it every single time.
Kobe is one of our regulars, and his journey is truly something special. 💛🐶

As a tiny puppy, he was found alone on the streets of Hungary. Thanks to the amazing charity Hungary Hearts, he made his way to the UK at around 7–8 months old — overwhelmed, nervous, and unsure of everything, especially walks.

But the magic of Kobe’s story lies in what happened next. His incredible owner has had him since he was around 8 months old and has given him a loving, patient, and understanding home from day one. Her dedication, kindness, and calm consistency have played a huge part in helping him grow into the wonderful dog he is today. 💕

Now almost 6 years old (June baby!), Kobe has come such a long way. While he can still get overwhelmed or reactive when he’s afraid, he continues to learn at his own pace. He needs slow introductions and gentle reassurance — but once he trusts you, you’re rewarded with the most excited, heart‑melting wigglebum welcome imaginable. 🥹💛

Kobe reminds us that every dog has a story, every dog has their own pace, and with patience and love, they can flourish beautifully. We’re honoured to be part of his journey. 🐾✨
