We have some unexpected visitors arrived at Borough Park, who are driving vehicles across the field. Although they seem to be driving carefully, we do not normally have vehicles in the park. So please be aware and arrive with your dogs on leads for the next couple of weeks.

Simba never used to enjoy his grooms, he wouldn't let his pawrents brush him, disliked the safety restraints when being professionally groomed, and was really sensitive and unhappy with any clipping or sc******ng on his legs and paws. It's been a long road (and we've not cracked nail trims yet) but with patience, and commitment from his pawrents he now allows regular brushing and today we managed a full trim...including legs and paws. Its not a show groom..but what matters is he loves coming, his coat is kept knot free and in good condition...and luch at that happy Wagging tails! So proud of your journey Simba

Little Tammy came to Blue-Bee Dog Grooming for the first time last week. After a gentle groom and lots of cuddles she was happy to show off her new hairdo when she got home to her parents.

Sorry for the delay in giving an update...it took me a day to defrost my fingers!

Yesterday I joined the brave and the crazy in plunging into the North Sea in aid of charity.

My chosen charity was Street Paws who work not only to ensure the pets of the homeless people receive any essential vet treatment but also work with hostels and politicians to try and ensure those who find themselves in need of temporary accommodation are not forced to give up their beloved pets and that the dogs are not forced into shelters.

The challenge is still here.
It is still too big.
And progress is still too slow.

On the 9th December our Founder and CEO Michelle Southern OBE spoke at the all parliamentary group and launched our new campaign;

NO ONE LEFT OUTSIDE.

We’re calling for one simple, change in the social housing guidance so pets are not unreasonably refused when it’s safe to allow them. We want to work with Temporary Housing Providers to help make the change and become pet friendly.

It needs no new law.
No extra funding.
Just compassion and clarity.

Say YES to pet-friendly accommodation for all.
