"From start to finish, the service is impeccable. Phil came over to do a walk through of the house, take notes on all my babies quirks, asked the right questions and had the qualifications to back them up.
I was away for almost 3 weeks and was dreading the separation anxiety but Phil and Sammie were absolutely amazing and kept me updated on everything and included daily pictures from their visits.
They fed, played with them, cleaned up after them. My cats have some quirky behaviours and the cat butlers followed them perfectly each time. They even took out my bins whilst I was away!
My babies aren't generally good with strangers, especially the younger one, so it was a beautifully pleasant surprise when after a week, Milo was rubbing up against Phil and playing with him like they were old friends. It was so reassuring and a testament to how how amazing both Phil and Sammie were with them.
Very reasonably priced, very dedicated service and cant recommend the cat butler enough. Will definitely be using their services again and passing their details on to all the other cat parents I know." 🌟
