As many will have seen the post about Odin yesterday, which we are so sorry and sad to read and wish Odin the speediest recovery and send all our love 🐾💖✨

We would like to just like to reassure all our customers that this did not happen at Precious Paws Doggy daycare.

The girls and I hold the dogs safety paramount to our job and are all trained in different areas of animal care.

I myself have completed off island training on running a doggy daycare. I have also studied and qualified in dog psychology, dog behaviour, dog training, body language and first aid.

all staff do annual first aid and basic dog training (some have studied further on behaviour/communication/language).

Everyday we train ourselves because every day is different. We are with the dogs all of the time, they are never left unattended and we learn with them, their behaviours, signals etc to help us do our job the best we can for the dogs. Knowing and creating bonds with the dogs helps a lot so does giving them the nessisary rest time ✨

We pride ourselves on being transparent and open in communication to our customers because accidents do happen.

We again send out love to Odin and his family and hope we all learn something from this 🐾
